This role is for managing and enhancing customer relationships through direct communications and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various platforms and at events.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations Management: Efficiently manage and nurture customer relationships in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, through direct communication channels including newsletter, website and social media generated inquiries, using email and WhatsApp.
