Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' needs, goals, and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
• Anticipate clients' needs and proactively offer solutions.

Account Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and resources with client needs.

Sales and Upselling:
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to maximize revenue.

Problem Resolution:
• Act as a mediator in case of disputes or challenges between clients and the company.
