Head of Finance Hold-Co will a pivotal role in supporting CFO Hold-Co, in financial leadership and strategic direction to our Textile portfolio of Group’s Verticals. Reporting directly to the CFO, Hold-Co. He is responsible for monitoring the financial health, stability, and growth of Hold-Co’s companies. This is a high-impact position that requires exceptional financial acumen, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Financial Planning & Strategy: Provide support to CFO AJ Holdings in developing Hold Co. strategy with the objective of maximizing shareholder wealth through growth and diversification while keeping in consideration the growth of management framework.

Performance Management of Operating Companies: Financial Performance monitoring – Facilitate operating textiles related companies and finance functions and deliver group performance as per budgeted targets.
