We are looking for a new colleague in our Production Friction Materials Group team for our site in Alfaro (La Rioja).

What you can look forward to as Lean Promotion Officer (m/f/d):
• Promote Lean culture & philosophy within organization
• Deploy ZFPS
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct workshops and training as required
• Drive continuous improvement through kaizen initiatives
• Drive plant wide initiatives (5S, TPM, etc…)
• Act as a change leader

Your profile as Lean Promotion Officer (m/f/d):
• Industrial Engineering Degree or similiar
• Experience in Lean tools: VSA, SMED, 5S, PROBLEM SOLVING, TPM, etc.
• Experience in PDCA Continuous improvement methodology
• Working experience in Automotive industry
• English proficiency
• Driving licence
