The learning and development function supports the growth of BCGers by designing and delivering business-centric learning and development programs and capstone events.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering selected virtual and / or residential in-person learning programs to consulting teams across Asia Pacific.

Additionally, you will take on L&D initiatives from time-to-time. You will work closely with BCG’s local, regional and global teams.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : 1. Manage logistics and operations of training programs and learning journey activities* Manage training schedules
