Introduction

Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas
• Establish and maintain an Audit criterion (Process / System).
• Ensure Quality Management processes are implemented maintained as per IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements.
• Audit and report on internal processes and systems.
• Coordinate of 3rd party audits.
• Through QA team ensure that System; Process and Product audits are conducted as per IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements.
• Ensure IATF dashboard is effectively monitored and shared with other management.
• Monitor and Measure processes effectiveness, inject systematic actions where targets are not meet and ensure countermeasures are effectively implemented.
• Define procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality core tools and inspection systems.
