Engineering Superintendent required to report into the Factory Manager to a company based nationally with a branch in Carletonville with;
• B. Tech or National Diploma Mechanical / Electrical
• N6 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 7 years working experience in a mechanical engineering, industrial relations (IR) practices
• Production management
• Safety, health, environment and quality awareness is required
• Computer literate
• Responsible for the managing of the engineering function at the factory
• Maintain plant machinery and vehicles in such conduction that production is not affected
• Manage, train motivate and support immediate subordinates to create an affective team
• Monitor and control man hours and costs in accordance with approved budgets
• Develop high standard of safety
• Assist Supervisor in maintaining a high standard of safety in the factory
• Maintain effective industrial relations in the area of responsibility
