Job Title: Course Writer

Reports to: Course Writing Manager

Location: Hybrid (South Africa)

Summary:

The main purpose of the Course Writer role is to write, collate, and revise course material in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in accordance with the writing and pedagogy best practices of LearningMate and the relevant partner. The number one responsibility of this role is the creation of written educational material that is engaging and accessible to the intended audience, and aligns with the learning outcomes of the program, course or textbook. The Course Writer will work on educational content across a wide variety of subject matter areas, including technical, financial and general education (K-12) content, conducting background research where necessary.
