1. To handle and coordinate existing customer.

2. To identity customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information.

3. To monitor daily collection schedule

4. To monitor warehouse storage

5. To supervise collection, fill in shipment list and share the list daily

6. To monitor customer waste storage, make sure comply to customer requirement

7. Related paper work and collection report

8. To ensure om

9. Interface between customer and marketing team on customer needs and requirement

10. On site support

11. To handle customer complaint and make sure all complaint solves immediately

12. Ensure on site worker well trained and comply to customer requirement

13. To comply IMS and legal requirement, upkeep good housekeeping at all time.
