Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Heavy Structural Welder in a ShipBuilding company.

As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal

assemblies and structures according to engineering requirements. Daily tasks will include

interpreting blueprints, measuring, and cutting materials, welding components, and

performing quality control checks.

Qualifications:

● 10+ years of Structural Welding experience.

● Expertise in welding techniques, FCAW, MIG, and Stick welding.

● Weld structural steel members together to form ships such as, Bulbous Bow, Wing

Bridges, Accommodation Cabin, Hatch Coaming, Water Ballast Tank, Double

Bottom Tank, and all parts of a Ships to be welded using welding equipment.

● Perform heavy steel components welding for a variety of ships of all sizes.

● Preparation of ceramic tiles for the full penetration of a bevel groove.

● Full welding of a connecting pipe line inside of the double bottom tank.
