This is an opportunity with a leading organisation in the Paper industry. They have a manufacturing
facility of 4.0 Lac TPA, covering 100+ acres. Their core expertise lies in the production of three paper product
segments: Writing Paper, Packaging Board and Newsprint paper.
Objective
Expertise in designing, conceptualizing, and creating road maps and frameworks in(Talent Acquisition & Talent
Management)
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's
business objectives and growth plans.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Responsible for capability evaluation and leverage digital solutions to streamline recruitment workflows
and enhance our EVP to attract and retain top talent.
