Father Hudson’s Care has a vacancy for a Monitoring and Evaluations Co-ordinator working 30 hours per week (2 days office based/2 days home working). You will work as a key member of the Family Support Team working with schools, health and social care agencies and the voluntary sector. Our Family Support Service supports children and families to overcome adversity and disadvantage they face, particularly where these are affecting a child’s emotional wellbeing, mental health and educational achievement. The service benefits the child, the family and the school. You will: Work as a key member of the Family Support Service Have good IT and excel skills to maintain data bases, monitor and analyse information Set up and improve systems for data capture. Have good report writing skills Help staff to prepare and co-ordinate service reviews.
