Draughts Person - Stamford - Attractive package

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Draughts Person with immediate effect for our leading client based in Stamford.

Draughts person:

The 3D CAD Mechanical Design Drafter at our client will utilise Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD 2016 to create 3D mechanical designs of flares, burners and valve skids complete with full Bill of Material's (BOMs) as well as piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDS).

The Design Drafter will produce full orthographic fabrication drawings, (including dxf files for machine processing of parts), and BOM's for all sub-assemblies. This position requires extensive Inventor and AutoCAD experience within a mechanical engineering/fabrication environment.

Functional Job Duties:
• Analyses project design documents and mechanical specifications / requirements to draft the appropriate equipment for the application, making arithmetic computations using standard formulae, as required.
