About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction & Quality Officer/Commercial Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are open to this position being based from our Oldham, Bristol or London office and operate a hybrid working basis which offers the opportunity to work in the office 2 days per week and from home 3 days a week, you will also be required to travel to sites as and when required.

In this newly created Construction & Quality Officer role you will report into the Head of/Commercial Manager and sit within the Construction, Design & Quality Team, working very closely with the wider Development team across Guinness. This role will assist the team by providing commercial expertise in the support of high-quality developments, ensuring projects run to established budgets with accurate and timely reporting of budget variance, providing advice on mitigation where necessary.
