Course Director (Director of Studies)

UKLC is now recruiting for summer 2024 and we are looking for some hardworking individuals to take on the Course Director (DoS) positions available at our beautiful centres throughout the UK. If you love all things academic, are a great leader, enjoy working with young people and can find your way around a spreadsheet, this role may well be what you're looking for!

The Course Directoris responsible for implementing the didactic programme. This involves all academic administration and the management of the teaching team. The Course Director’s main responsibilities are to ensure high standards in the classroom and to support the teachers.

Person specification:

Essential Skills, Qualities and Qualifications
• Proven leadership ability
• At least two years full-time EFL experience
• Educated to degree level
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
