We are a fast growing American style restaurant in the Walton area of Liverpool. With expansion imminent we are looking for a competent head chef to take full responsibility for one of our stores so we can continue our roll out plans and scale. We are just over 1 year old and there will be a lot of further opportunity within the company as we grow.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Head Chef
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Experience in menu planning and recipe development
• Ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Food safety and sanitation certification
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and innovation in food presentation and flavors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
