Play a pivotal role in making a significant difference to some of the most vulnerable people in the city.

Our work is extremely challenging, but also extremely rewarding, changing lives for the better by tackling homelessness, building new homes, and strengthening communities. Engaging with people at a local level, we support them by delivering services that improve their lives.

Homelessness levels are currently at an all-time high, both locally and nationally, which provides robust challenges to our service. Working on the front line, youll liaise with customers either face-to-face, over the telephone or conduct home visits. You'll have to regularly navigate sensitive situations. Youll have a large and complex allocated caseload; you'll assist homeless single adults or families back into permanent accommodation.
