We have a fantastic opportunity for a Factory Manager who will be very present on the shopfloor with direct operator reports.

What you will do;
• Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
• Executing daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
• Improving performance volumes and increasing productivity
• Ensuring on time delivery
• Train and develop production staff
• Monitor and improve standards and quality control

What you will bring;
• Manufacturing experience at a supervisory/manager level
• Strong people management skills
• Good manufacturing knowledge
• Ability to identify improvements through change
• Production scheduling experience
• Safety and quality expertise
