Our client, a leading specialist financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced and driven Direct Marketer to manage the online and offline direct marketing strategy, for successful multi-audience acquisition and retention, ensuring positive brand growth across all channels. The role – Marketing Manager Reporting into the Head of Marketing you’ll take overall leadership of the Direct Marketing Team, leading the customer contract strategy and delivering acquisition, retention and ongoing communication strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overall management of the Direct marketing team including regular 121s motivating team members for development and performance.
