A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Amersham for a Chef de Partie to work in their coaching inn and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service. They can offer an excellent package and are actively recruiting

The Role
• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Kitchen Management duties
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels

The Person
• You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
