What we are looking for:

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, enthusiastic person to join our team here at The White Swan. Flexibility is a must as the shifts will be a mixture of morning and evening shifts with weekends being considered a normal working day.

The Duty Manager will have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectations.

The job of the Duty Manager includes responding to guest feedback and reviews, completing Health & Safety procedures, carrying out staff training and supporting the General Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hotel, therefore strong verbal and written... More Detail
