Our Top IT Clientis seeking a Bilingual Candidateto join their team.

Location: Fredericton: 495 Prospect St Unit D, Fredericton, NB E3B 9M4

Pay Range: $22/hr

A contract commencement bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.

A contract completion bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.

Basic Qualifications
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• A typing speed of 40 words per minuteis essential.
• Flexibility with hours of operations.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior Voice and Chat Experience. Preferably has worked on dual concurrency.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple tools to provide the best resolution.
• Functional knowledge of using CRM solution and MS Excel
• Domain knowledge of Retail Customer Service.
