Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager - Home Care Operations, the Resource Coordinator is responsible for supervising and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of personal care and home support services to Home Care Clients.

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, orientation, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of Home Care Attendants (HCA), Home Support Workers (HSW) and Supportive Housing Companions (SHC).

The incumbent exercises the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters.
