Main responsibilities

Learn and follow all ISO processes and procedures. The incumbent collaborates with sales managers to sell products and services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to develop technical proposals

Upon receipt of a quote request, develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements, lead negotiations with customers to identify and agree technical requirements and enter into a signed contract

Achieve business and technical goals while meeting company guidelines for price/margin, schedule, and design accuracy

Assist sales managers in preparing presentations, qualification documents and sales materials for potential customers

analyze the technical specifications of the call for tenders and highlight the relevant information to define the equipment and services

be responsible for negotiating with the client for the preparation of technical documents for the final contract
