Requirements for the role:
• The position should be located in Belgium, Diegem
• Travelling will be needed to support the offices in Amsterdam, Liège and Luxemburg. Once/months and spend 1-2 days
• Experience in FM
• Basic technical skills
• Language: Dutch, French and English

• Responsible for delivering excellent Workplace to all employees
• Responsible for management of the reception, check of guarding reports
• Meetings with co-lessees
• Meeting with Landlords and building management company
• Interaction with Health & Safety officer
• Interaction with Security manager
• Managing facility Provider 'Compass' and monthly meetings on progress, daily cleaning,
• Extra cleaning in case of events
• Assisting procurement for selecting new suppliers
• Management printers, coffee machines
