Overall Purpose Of The Job

The successful candidate will ensure that structures have been built in compliance with the estate’s design code documents, and the approved building plan. The candidate will also be required to maintain health and safety compliance across the Estate

Duties and responsibilities
• Reviews plans to ensure plans meet building codes, local ordinances, zone regulations, and contract specifications
• Carries out regular site inspections at each stage of the building process, writes up reports, and keeps records. Provides feedback on deviations from plans. Checks the structural quality and general safety of the building
• Conducts consent of sale inspections as required
• Monitors construction sites periodically to ensure overall compliance
