รายละเอียดงาน
? Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
? Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
? Coordinate work load and task distribution with the other lifeguards
? Update posting and signage information when needed
? Respect the standards of the resort in particular those on pool safety and hygiene
? Implement corrective actions when necessary
? Manage all materials and maintain in good condition
