Responsibilities:
• Manages all aspects of property management portfolio for multiple clients
• Responds to client needs, ensuring that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations and standards.
• Ensures periodic regulated property inspections. Recommends and approves alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts and supervises vendor services as required.
• Negotiates renewal of vendors or subcontractors’ agreements and provides performance reviews for client approval.
• Ensures that necessary meetings, such as AGMs and extraordinary meetings are held in accordance with the law.
