In this role, you will strategically maintain existing customer relationships while increasing revenue from current clients and acquiring new customers to drive business growth. Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing teams and customers primarily in Phuket, Krabi, and Phang-nga.

Job Description:

-Manage team and customer mainly in Phuket, Krabi, Phang-nga.

-Manage service quality to meet customer agreements.

-Lead the team to deliver the best service to customers.

-Take care of existing customers, renew contracts, and expand the customer base.

-Coordinate with the sales team to increase revenue in the responsible unit.

Qualifications:

-5 years of customer service experience.

-Experience in managing security and janitorial services.

-Experience in hotel management.

-Excellent English communication skills.

-Experience with clients in hotels, commercial buildings, residences, etc.

-Ability to engage with executive-level clients.
