As a Event Coordinator you will be responsible for comprehensive planning and management of events up to European level in a most accurate way, in order to stay within budget and timelines and to ensure a high level of internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.

What is your mission?
• Plan, organize and coordinate GC’s participation to major trade shows like the IDS exhibition
• Plan, organize and coordinate participation to major events like FDI and IADR in co-operation with the local markets and GCE departments
• Plan, organize and execute diverse internal corporate events
• Organize and co-ordinate (individual) visits and meetings organized by the different GC entities of our Leuven site
• Plan, organize and coordinate special events at our GC Europe Campus like seminars, meetings and trainings organized by a third party, VIP visits, incentives and sales meetings upon request of the stakeholders
