Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Head of Security to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day Operations in Accra.

Key Accountabilities
• Review security policies and procedures at ensuring the protection of assets (movable and immovable) and personnel of the company.
• Conduct security risks assessment in support of the operations of the company.
• Evaluate the security measures in place and initiate changes in the light of current trends in safety and security
• Prepare & submit to Management Security Risk Assessments, Monthly & Quarterly Security Incidents Reports.
• Review security policies and procedures at ensuring the protection of assets (movable and immovable) and personnel of the company.
• Provide cost effective security support to all ECL divisions through the maintenance and updating of technical security Systems on all sites.
