QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience;
• High demonstration of skills in COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP and ANALYSIS
• In-depth knowledge of FINANCE and ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS, FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT REPORTS, GOVERNMENT REGULATORY and COMPLIANCES.

FUNCTIONS:

A. ADMINISTRATIVE

•Prepares the monthly financial reports.

•Manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting section, inventory management section, and property management section.

•Coordinates and completes the needed schedules for yearly audits.

Creates new internal General accounting and controllership department policies and maintains existing policies.

•Implements and monitors the month, quarter, and year-end closeout accounting schedule.

•Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
