Description: The Recruiting Specialist will lead the company's recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes for production and administrative positions. This role will assist in the development of employee-orientated company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Main Objectives:
• Recruit and hire open positions as defined in annual departmental budgets.
• Utilize social media, online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and traditional advertising (signs, billboards, newspaper, radio, etc.) as needed to fill open positions.
• Attend job fairs in the community to promote Racemark and advertise open positions.
• Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to Human Resources Manager.
• Act as first point of contact for temporary agencies and temporary workers.
