Duties

The incumbent of this position serves as the Regional Recreation Fee Specialist in the Comptroller Office of the Alaska Regional Office (AKRO). Serves as the Alaska Region Financial and Program expert with oversight and technical direction for recreational and related "fee expenditure projects" throughout the Alaska Region (AKR). AKR has a highly complex and evolving recreation fee program that collects non-appropriated revenue. Provides advisory, coordinating and review services to the parks in the AKR and functions as a subject matter expert to assist parks, coordinate the activities of others or brokers for services to meet the needs of parks, WASO or the Region.
