Main objectives of the position

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of the Disciplinary Section, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for handling disciplinary files in accordance with the MUMI disciplinary procedure and in accordance with the Labour Code. He/she will advise stakeholders on the best options to take regarding disciplinary cases.

Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Personnel Management

Required Experience
• Three years of experience in the field,
• Skilled in interrogation and investigation techniques, and
• Typing and Minutes Writing Skills

Required Skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Time and priority management, and
• Fluency in French and English.
