Diversified manufacturer in the East Rand region with a strong focus on selling consumable products to the water and mining industries are looking for Foundry Foreman / Supervisor Qualifications;
• Matric with SAIF certification
• Industry Trade certificate advantagious
• 4 + years experience within a supervisory postion
• 5 + years experience of molten metal experience
• Knowledge in green sand foundry: ductile iron

Duties
• Meets, studies production schedules and estimates worker/equipment hour
• Recommend production methods, equipment performance and quality of products
• Maintains production, efficiency, and employee records. Ensures the department’s efficiency rates meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensures that all equipment is in good, safe operating condition and is utilized according to process specifications.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
