Job Description Summary
You will lead and manage assigned sourcing portfolio and establish and implement strategies for negotiating commodity purchase for optimum pricing and terms. In this role, you will have chance to work hybrid at Gebze Plant. Manage and lead efforts on cost savings initiatives in line with a profit plan and overall business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Following the Sourcing Strategy; implement Plant Sourcing Action Plans in order to optimize the cost, quality and delivery of purchases.
• Negotiating commercial conditions (price, payment terms, incoterms, warranty, logistic requirements) with suppliers according to Customer needs and requirements
• Searching for new suppliers / materials / technologies locally/globally; carrying out supplier selection steps i.e Supplier Assessment and SRG auditing.
