Job Description:
• Make 1-year budget plan considering 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) planning manpower allocation including training schedule
• Coordinate with the different section to solve different issues
• PDCA of daily production status
• Purchase the Tools and Equipment to be used by Machine Engineer
• Conduct Monthly Inventory of Stocks and submit to accounting Section
• ommunicate well with clients and customers

Qualifications:
• graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• With strong Management and Leadership skills
• Able to make production planning(budget)
• Preferably with experience from a Japanese manufacturing company
