Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaunpur for an NGO professional. The NGO professional will be responsible for managing various NGO programs, planning and organizing events, coordinating with stakeholders, writing grant proposals, networking with other organizations, maintaining relations with donors, and developing fundraising strategies.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an NGO or non-profit-related role
• Experience in program management, event planning, grant writing, and fundraising
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
