Myself and my partner will both be working weekend shifts starting in December 2022 and are requiring childcare, ideally someone living in or near Lake Cowichan who can come to our home, for about 5-6 hours each Sunday (or Saturday if that worked better.)
Potential for casual babysitting opportunities a few times a month as well :)
Our kiddo is a happy and chill little guy who loves eating, music, being outside, reading books, and just life in general.
What's most important is we find someone who can commit to the regular Sundays (and able to give us adequate notice if you know you'll need certain dates off) is kind, can keep him safe, and that you both enjoy the time spent together.
Some light meal prep may be required on occasion, and we'd love if the house space wasn't total chaos when we came home but also understand life with a toddler can just be like that sometimes. We are also open to negotiating salary for the right candidate.
