We, Protouch Staffing Private Limited, India, are currently seek experienced NICU Nurses to join our client, a Government facility in Saudi Arabia. As a NICU Nurse, you will be responsible in providing specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.RESPONSIBILTIES:- Provide direct nursing care to premature or critically ill newborns in the NICU.- Monitor and assess neonates' vital signs, growth, and development.- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized interventions as per protocols.- Operate and manage equipment required for neonatal care, such as ventilators or incubators.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.- Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and infant health needs.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.- Respond effectively to emergencies and sudden changes in a neonate's condition.
