Background:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented hospitality Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the sales process within the hospitality industry, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and efficiency

Responsibilities:
• Draft quotes, rental agreements, and final invoices using PandaDoc with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Handle inquiries from potential clients, managing communication from initial contact to payment processing, including follow-up emails and webinar engagements
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring precise tracking of leads, prospects, and clients through various stages of the sales process
