• Use support specialist platforms to solve client challenges.
• Provide professional SAAS support services to clients.
• Ability to dispense knowledge in Coding, Robotics, and Information Technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot laptop, desktop systems and operational networks.
• Develop content and materials on information technology.
• Teach information technology-related subjects to secondary and primary school students.
• Train and retrain users on the use of the Skoolbod software.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background in computer science
• At least a year in a support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
