• Cadre Management and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead payroll processes and ensure accurate database maintenance.
• Implement and manage the Performance Management System.
• Develop and update job descriptions, handle employee dynamics and address disciplinary matters.
• Plan and execute training programs and manage the HR budget.
• Improve and update HR Policy Handbook, HR Policy Manual and SOP Manual.
• Drive HR communications and utilize HR analytics for strategic planning.
Requirements
• PQHRM /CQHRM / Bachelor's degree in HR.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of senior HR experience, Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SHRM or Lean certification is would be a plus. More Detail
