Responsibilities
• Drafting and updating national contracts related to each business sector carried out by the company;
• Manage relations with stakeholders, particularly the management of clients/suppliers and disputes that may arise and manage administrative procedures.
• Provide legal assistance in handling claims and litigation.
• Perform compliance officer and compliance activities.
• Autonomous management of legal activities - in coordination with a cross-functional team - such as agreements of various nature, opinions and advices;
• Verify legal/formal feasibility of the job order and an initial review of the contract documentation proposed by the client;
