Responsibilities / Tasks

Provide On-Site Technical Support:
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients within the assigned region.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technical issues related to Separators and Decanters.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.

Installation And Commissioning
• Install and commissioning of Separators and Decanters at customer sites according to provided specifications and guidelines.
• Perform functional testing and calibration to ensure proper operation and performance.

Preventive Maintenance
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain service records for reference.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and professionalism.
