As a Customer Success Freelancer, you'll oversee the entire Website Invitation production process.

Job Description
• Work directly under the founder’s supervision.
• Manage the entire end-to-end production process, from consultation to done.
• Provide consultancy to clients regarding design choices and feature discussions.
• Act as the communication liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring the communication goes well.
• Prepare all client documentation for production purposes.
• Assist in RSVP coordination to ensure guest attendance.
• Coordinate with vendors and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct Quality Checks (QC) to ensure released websites meet requirements.
