Our prestigious client, a Hotel and Golf Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their busy team. This restaurant has been awarded !AA Rosettes for their food, and is a 4* facility, catering for romantic dinners, tourists visiting the historic area as well as weddings, events and private dining. They are well known in the local area for their high standard of service and are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who will uphold this in everything that they do.

The successful applicant will need to be very customer focused with a strong and friendly personality, a good background in dealing with high quality food, and be confident in leading a team, coaching and training staff, and managing this busy business.
