Job Description - Registered Children's Home Manager

Location – Saxmundham, Suffolk

Hours - 40 hours per week

Salary - £42,500 - £46,500 (depending on experience)

Your purpose is to hold responsibility and provide leadership and management of the children's home, overseeing and ensuring high quality care to young people as part of our integrated service.

You’ll be accountable for delivering high-quality care to children and young people within the home.

This means that you are responsible for the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for development within the home and all day-to-day management matter.

You will be supporting children aged 8 – 15 years that have Access, healing, Counselling, Trauma and challenging behavior.
