Our house is a heritage listed traditional thatched property built in 1790 and nestled amongst the trees on the edge of the Tehidy estate, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in West Cornwall. Just a few minutes from the beach, its perfect for nature lovers who want a relaxing break. House details: 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, kitchen with all the usual appliances, dining room, fully detached (no neighbours so it gets really quiet and dark - perfect for listening to the owls on our doorstep), 0.7 acres of garden, lots of off-road parking, conservatory. Super-fast wi-fi and well set up with desks for working from home. House-sitting requirements: We have a dog, Berta, who needs a 30/40 minute walk in the morning, and a short walk in the evening. Meal before or after each. She is a Macedonian Sheepdog, phenomenally friendly and no trouble on walks. She will sleep in the house (she has free reign) most of the day between walks.
